Would like to ask what's the reason or explanation behind this error message as there seemed to be few number of PMRs opened for this? Sometimes, there are values inside those quotation marks.

I had once a PMR like this.. What I did is to check the userdump (as some PMRs on database did) and see if there are "null" folders under the GUIDMAP COUNT section.. After that, we ran maintenance on user's mailfile and if that did not work, reset command..
